Our Lodge and bungalows are situated in the picturesque Blyton Ponds Adult only holiday park. Set in 5 acres of mature grounds, we have 4 fishing ponds on your doorstep should you decide to bring your fishing tackle with you.

The small on site cafe can supply you with a home cooked English breakfast, and snacks. For dinners you can leave the car at the park as the Black Horse Inn is just a short stroll away in the village of Blyton. 

In the village of Blyton you will also find an Ice Cream Parlour, Chinese take-away and a local shop/newsagents. However, if you would like your papers delivered to your accommodation just let us know and we can arrange it for you. 

Should you fancy enjoying dinner in, there are many take-away restaurants that will deliver on site ranging from Chinese, Indian, Kebab, pizza and fried chicken. We have supplied a list of local takeaways with phone numbers and menus in a folder in your accommodation. There is also a list of many of the good restaurants in the area together with their address and post code to make it easy for you to find them with your Sat Nav. We are more than happy to help you choose a suitable restaurant and to book tables for you, just let us know.

We are just 4 miles from the market town of Gainsborough, where if you can drag yourself away from the comfort of your accommodation you can visit The Old Hall or just do a spot of retail therapy in Marshalls Yard retail park.

The City of Lincoln is 18 miles from us. Why not visit the beautiful Lincoln Cathedral, or the recently re-vamped Lincolnshire Life Museum, Castle (home to the Magna Carta) and Victorian Prison. For those interested in English Heritage, Lincoln is a must visit, Steep Hill for quaint independent gift shops and indulgent cream teas in the local cafe's and the main High Street for all the major retailers, making Lincoln a great place to shop whatever your interest.

If your interest is Antiques, then Hemswell Cliff Antique Centre is reported to be the largest Antique Centre in Lincolnshire, although open every day throughout the week on Sunday it combines with a large outdoor market and car book sale, so for the enthusiast that could be your Sunday taken care of.

For those that like the Royal Air Force, The Dam Buster’s at Scampton is only 10 miles from us. The RAF Scampton Museum, and the Dam Busters pub is a good point of interest for anyone into the Air Force history and is also home to the Red Arrows.

For the guests staying a little longer and who want a seaside experience, Cleethorpes is a 40 minute drive or just a bit further away Skegness is about 60 miles.
